Enter at 4814 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark DE 19713 follow on Delaware Park Dr to Available spots in Lots B & C. Pull up, park for FREE, take a stroll through the grounds and catch all the vibes without the stress!

​Attention guests:
NO DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT
This event is not pet-friendly due to crowds, fireworks, and weather. Please leave your dogs and all other pets at home. This is for the comfort of fellow festival guests and your pets. No dogs or pets waside frome service animals, will be allowed into the festival or in the casino.

INCLEMENT AND Severe Weather
In the event of high-severity weather conditions, event attendees and participants will be advised by an announcement from the event organizers to "shut down". If there is no time for an orderly evacuation, event attendees will be advised to shelter in place in buses, automobiles, or park pavillions or structure as may be appropriate for the expected conditions.

COMFORT
Delaware Park Casino grounds are hilly, uneven ground and the music meadow is in full sun all day. Please bring your blankets and chairs for comfort, and wear sunscreen, a hat, and other sun protection. Be sure your shoes are appropriate for uneven ground.

What to Bring
Prepare for a HOT June day filled with sunshine! Don’t forget your sunscreen, personal umbrellas, and fans to stay cool. While blankets are great for seating we recommend bringing tarps for uneven or wet grass. Please remember, tents are not allowed as we want to keep everyone’s view clear and unobstructed.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is not permitted! Please do not bring outside alcohol or coolers onto Delaware Park Casino grounds. Festival guests who violate this expectation will be dealt with by the Delaware State Police.

BEHAVIOR
All festival guests are expected to treat fellow guests and staff with the utmost respect. Guest who are not able to remain respectful will be removed from the event by the Delaware State Police.

WEAPONS
Weapons of any kind are prohibited in Delaware Park Casino grounds. Please leave any/ all weapons of any kind at home.
​
SAFTEY
Festival guests are expected to be alert and pay attention to all announcements relating to weather and safety.
​To enter Delaware Park Casino's building, you must be 21 years or older. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!

​Vendor Information
All vendor requests ,DHSS forms, and payment must be submitted on vendor page before June 9th.
No walk-ups or in-person registrations will be accepted.​
