Please beware of scammers! Below is the link to this year’s ONLY Vendor Payment
Portal.  Failure to comply is not the responsibility of the Reggae in the Park Team and
you will not be reimbursed for payments to others, nor will your payment be honored.

EARLY TEARDOWNS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS REGGAE IN THE PARK DELAWARE STAFF CLOSES THE FESTIVAL. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF PRODUCT TO LAST THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

ANY VENDOR WHO TEARS DOWN EARLY MAY BE REJECTED FOR FUTURE PARTICIPATION.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL FOR ANY REASON YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

ATTENDEE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Reggae in the Park 2025

By purchasing a ticket, entering, or attending the Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending a public event includes inherent risks including injury, illness (including COVID-19), and exposure to various conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending.

  2. Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the Delaware Reggae Coalition, Delaware Racing Association (d/b/a Delaware Park), their directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, vendors, and volunteers from all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from my attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  3. Personal Conduct: I agree to comply with all posted and communicated event rules. I understand that disorderly, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in my removal without refund.

  4. Photo/Video Release: I understand and agree that my likeness may be captured in photos or video recordings during the event, and I grant DRC and its partners permission to use such media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

  5. No Liability for Personal Property: I understand that DRC and Delaware Park are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.​

 

By entering the Event grounds, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver of liability.
